With salmon rod in hand, Ken braved the high wind, cloud cover, and rain to try and capture the "Gray Ghost" It was hard fishing. The high wind made accurate casting almost imposable. The heavy cloud cover.... you couldn't see the fish until they were a rod tip away. We did spook a bunch of fish. Most before we could cast, and the others when we did cast. But then one turned and attacked. I don't know which screamed louder... Ken, or his reel. The fish took off in a long run until only 1/2 the line remained in the spool. Ken did a great job and was soon posing for pictures.

We'll try again when there is less wind and more sunshine. LOL

Aloha,
Stan
