fellow basser looking for Tucs in Kauai in Feb

Hey everyone. I own a commercial fishing business and fish for salmon in the summer where i live in Alaska. I hope to fulfill a dream to catch a peacock while in kauai this February. I will have a car and should get away for a full day at some point between Feb 18 and Mar 2. Any one interested in helping me with some gereral tips on best places to go, etc...? I'm not looking for a free lunch, just any helpful info that might make my chances better. Thanks for any comments... good fishin.

Most of us are on Oahu. Try and Google Mark White or Mark White Lures. He is an older gentleman on Kauai who is known to kill the peacocks on Kauai. Hopefully someone will chime in and point you in the right direction.
