:(
I think it was last March... I was fishing with ______, when he accidentally kicked my new rod and reel over the side of the boat.

While doing a "Photo Safari" on the lake this morning I looked over at the cove where the rods was lost and wondered if the very low lake level might have revealed my lost rod.

:D
Will miracles never cease... there in the now very shallow lay my long lost rod.

It was that dang pleco I tell you! Not me!!! Plus, the rods were stacked way too high. It was an accident waiting to happen. It wasn't my fault. It was the pleco. Thats my story and I'm sticking to it!

I suspect dark diabolical forces were at play that day...

Turned the handle and it seemed pretty smooth. The bail was a little sticky, but still worked. Mud and dirt. The paint seems to be bubbling and blistered. We'll see what Brian thinks... if it's worth fixing.

Hmm! maybe now's the time to go rod/reel fishing and see if I can find
my rig that I "accidentally" kicked off the side of the boat earlier this year.

Don't even think about coming up the north fork. :x But, to make lemonade from lemons,..... Now is the perfect time to grab that ultra light tackle and walk along the pools of water. The bluegills, 5 stars, etc. get really aggressive when cooped up in a small body of water with no food. Makes for fun fishing!
