What's this worth?

This is on craig's list. Only details are "Needs some minor repair on the inside, but will be great boat. No leaks or damage to the outside."

Any suggestions on what would be a good price to offer?

"Maybe" $200+/- only because it has a trailer. If it were an aluminum hull, 4-6 bills. Find out exactly what's wrong with the interier and how much work/time/money it'll take to get it up to speed. If any issues are with the transom, I'd walk away, even if it were free.
