Lake open on Thanksgiving?

Does anyone know if the lake will be open on Thanksgiving day?

I've never known the Freshwater Park to be closed for anything.

I'm going to bankfish for a few hours that AM before work..so hopefully it will be.

I know the gate opened up late on the day of the last "tsunami" almost ruined the husband vs wife fish off! But that's not anything like a holiday my bet say it's open.
