whats the correct action im suppose to get with these when i texas rig em weightless. when i jerk the rod tip they spin in the water, i dont think this is the correct action. does the hook size or type cause anything? i used a 2 inch senko and a 4 inch zoom super fluke. i know the senko you pretty much just reel in the line but what about the flukes?

For the senko I use a #2 Gamakatsu EWG hook. I texas rig it and it needs to be straight. Any curve and it will spin and the tucs won't take it. Properly rigged you will get a "walk the dog" action when you jerk the rod tip. You can also reel it in at the surface and v-wake it. The fluke is the same except I'd move up to a 2/0 or larger hook depending on the body thickness.

Exactly what LC said. Just make sure you keep your rod tip very high/straight up.

walk the dog is when it sort of darts side to side at the top right?

I consider that technique bumping a jig along the bottom. I guess the same action could be applied to a top water lure....

Yes, it darts side to side.
