Testing Lures in PA

Postby Filthyfisherman » Fri Jul 22, 2011 7:56 am

Heres the vid I made of the trip back to PA I just made. I stock a local Tackle shop there and fished in a local tourney sponsored by a bass club.. This was the first tourney that I completely used my lures in... Unfortunetly didn't win, but did catch a couple fish out of a extremely tough Lake to catch any fish at all!!!! Bucks County PA has a big problem managing fish!! Bigger than Lake Wilson by far, exspecially bass! No excuse, Every Dicks sporting goods around the area, the bass section is cleaned out! The PA Fish and Boat are really oblivious to the number of people getting into Bass fishing!!! I am really learning a lot from you guys!!!!! Like to see Roadwarriors report on Lake Wilson's Bass populations low weight problem... Tight lines guys.. I'll be out this weekend for sure,, Always got lures on me too guys, could use more testing!!! Some fowl language in this vid, I apologize for!

Filthy,
Here is the thread documenting our PB and LMB compared to the established national average. If we want larger LMB, something needs to be done, and that something is have the lake properly managed.

Many men go fishing all of their lives without knowing that it is not fish they are after. ~ Henry David Thoreau
