South Fork Smallmouth

Postby Stan Wright » Tue May 17, 2011 8:16 am

:D
Years ago, when the water level was at where it is now, I use to be able to bet my boat around the tressel and go a long way up the south fork to where the lake ends and the clear stream held some nice smallmouth bass.

I wonder if if the water is clear as on the north fork? ...and if the smallmouth bass are hungry as they were 10 years ago?... and I can get the boat around the end of the tressel?

I should go fishing.

So when are you coming back? ... I don't have anyone to fish with and I hate to go up there all by myself.

LAKE WILSON TRIFECTA! The should be a patch or bumper sticker awarded to all those who have achieved this remarkable feat of fishing prowess (luck).
