anyone else wonder why it seems with a substancial rain event on the way,why no ones dropping the lake level? its going down but very slowly. seems to me they could drop it pretty fast when they were trying maybe a foot or 2 a day at times.

I put my boat in yesterday to test out my motor repair job on my outboard and it seemed like it was still a bit low. Maybe it has reached a level where they think it will handle a big rain and they're stopping filling it.

so when we get 10 in of rain and the lake overflows and they get flooded in otake camp, never mind all the sand blocking the river mouths and all the debris in the stream beds, or the fact that that much rain would flood the low lying areas anyway. the lake will be blamed as the culprit and they will find a reason to keep it lower than the nice 70 ft level we have had recently. id hate to be right really i would.
