Stan I remember an old episode of LGF where you guys were catching those humongaloid Mantis shrimps on Christmas Island, and I remember a more recent episode of catching them on the flats between Kaunakakai town, and the Kaunakakai Harbor on Moloka'i. A few years back when I was head of Maintenance for Maui Small Boat Harbors we were dredging Ma'alaea Harbor and dug up a few very large Mantis Shrimps but the muck they were in did not make them look too palatable though the dredge operator said they were delicious.
