New name for the bridge should be Karsten Thotless Bridge since the state didn't put much thought into planning for traffic regulation.

Can't argue with that! I was looking at the bridge the other day and noticed that some of the reinforments that are riveted on the structure have completely rusted through! Talk about neglect and negligence on DOT's part!

The bridge is all enclosed in tarps and all the underneath part is covered with roofing tin... lots of chains hanging down.
