Need a place to store my jon boat

I just got my second call from Hickam Harbor telling me I need to provide registration, insurance, and safety inpection for my 12ft Gamefisher. Only problem is the trailor isn't wired or plated and the registration is expired. Now that Pearl Harbor has taken over Hickam, we are playing by a different set of rules (I didn't need any of this when I first parked it there). I am looking for someone who may be interested in having it at their place in return for getting to use it whenever they want. I don't want to get rid of it until I PCS out of here May 2014.
