And I don't mind posting a lame post on my birthday :lol:

I'll be 29 on the 29th. It'll only happen once in my life :lol:

Our lab's new practice is to bring a cake on your own birthday to share...I tried to make a mango mousse cheesecake.

The online recipe was not exactly foolproof...it needed a little more sugar, a little less cream and a little more gelatin...but not bad for first try I guess...but still not perfect for my taste.
