Some of you windward anglers know of the very heavy rainfall/flooding we had Sunday. I didn't really think too much of it because central Oahu didn't really get much rain at all. Well, the North Fork of Lake Wilson comes all the way from the Koolau's. The lake rose 5 feet overnight. This brute of a tree did not just fall right here. This thing was carried down the river and placed on top of these boulders. This is right above the rapids. The median diameter of the trunk is about 3 feet with the botton/root system spanning over 6 feet! Mother Nature decided this was a nice resting spot for it!
