Extra Parts?

I am looking to convert my 15hp evinrude tiller into a remote steering type. I have looked into buying all the needed parts, but they will cost about $600. Anyone have any extra parts for this type of converson? Parts needed would be a shift box, steering wheel, and shift & throttle cables. Let me know if you have any parts and how much?
