Stolen Outboard

So I sold my old outboard to my neighbor a while back, it was a 3.3hp mercury I used on my jon boat before I got my tracker. My neighbor was using it as a kicker on his boston whaler. Someone cut the locks of it and jacked it a couple days ago. Although I have truly enjoyed my last six years in Hawaii, I'm getting sick of all the theft. I have had my house broke into, my wifes car was stolen, 10 days ago my friend from work had his motorcycle stolen from his garage and his wasn't the first bike in his neighborhood that was stolen that day. a bunch of my firends have had other random things stolen and a two others have had their homes broken into. It's getting ridiculous. So if anyone else is having issues do what I did two years ago.....get a doberman, I haven't had a problem since plus he's a pretty good dog and easy to train. Just a tad on the hyper side. Ok maybe way past a tad, he's extremely hyper. Probably gonna bring him to the lake this weekend and see how he handles the boat. Should be interesting.
