Well, I may hold off a few months to see what they do with the lake this year. I have a 12' boat sitting on the side I will use for now. I hate to drop $30k on a boat and the fishing end up like it did last year.
I just picked up a dirtbike and 2 quads so that will keep me busy for now.

Yeah it is sold. Sorry you missed out. I kinda regret selling it but time to move on to another boat.

Shipping Cost

Postby fishtaleshi » Sat May 29, 2010 1:00 pm

Larr93,
I was just curious, approximately how much did it cost to ship your "former Bass Tracker" to Hawaii? I was interested in purchasing one; however, if the shipping cost is outrageous then I do not think it is worth pursuing.

Thank you

Lrry93 seldom visits this board so I'll answer for him. He lucked out and bought the boat already on island. Same deal with me, bought mine off a Coastie who had the military ship it here.

Ask Stan about shipping a boat here from the mainland. He shiped his Bass Tracker here. Its more expensive than shiping a vehicle.

Got your PM thanks for bringing me back. Depressing not having a boat. Still in limbo on what to buy next. Thanks Tommy as well!
