Fish Stocking

At the last HFFA meeting we talked about releasing the 2000 or so baby large mouth bass. Those little guys are about 8 inches long and eating the hatchery out of house and home.

On Wed. I noticed a State truck launching a boat...... then returning a few minutes later. I ask if there was trouble. He said they just released a bunch of fish.

Fishing wise, we had another good day on the lake. A few schooling fish on small spinning lures. Most of the action on live bait.
