Trolling Motor Repair?

Postby Ca_Bass » Tue Dec 30, 2008 11:01 pm

Anyone know where I could get my trolling motor fixed? Haven't fished in a few months(been deployed) last time I went fishing my trolling motor died. Or maybe somebody has a foot control they wanna sell? Was thinking about just ordering a new one from bass pro or cabellas, I was worried about shipping costs but I just saw that from cabellas the shipping is prepaid, sweet!

Not sure but maybe ask a dealership like Windward Boats. Of course, with the labor charges, it may be cheaper to just buy a new one. Just depends on whats wrong with yours. Double check that Cabellas pre-paid shipping includes HI. Lots of Mainland vendors look at us like we're a foreign country! :x

I bought mine from this place. http://www.jandhproducts.com
They offer shipping to Hawaii for $19.95 via DHL.

I also have a older Motor Guide, bow mount, foot control, 12V, 41# thrust that I will sell for $100/OBO.
