i went out yesturday and hooked up with the biggest tuc i have seen!!!!! it was hudge i had been useing livebait i used like a 6-8 inch talapia threw it in front of the monster and he or she just grabbed it. to bad after a hudge splash and a great run it had snapped my power pro 6 pound diameter test witch is like 30 or 40 pound test, that tuc was hudge wish i could of brang him in. i also had one other tuc the a few days back that just broke 7 pounds. wish i could of brang him in ohhhh well i guess thats fishin for ya...

You'll always remember the one that got away more than the one you caught.... LOL
Had the same thing happen with a guy two years ago. Broke line on the first one and bent out the hook on the next one. I thought I had tied some bad knots. Problem was..... he had locked the drag down tight. I loosened the drag and he landed the next three fish. Nice big fish. I had a heck of a time keeping him away from the drag and fighting the fish. Every time the fish ran and pulled line off the reel he would try to tighten the drag. Relax and enjoy. That isn't a Million dollar tournament winning fish and it doesn't have to be skipped accross the top of the water and hoisted into the boat...... relax and enjoy the fight. I've even got guys to reject the dip net and "lip" the fish. LOL
