OK, so its not here, but this is great footage of someone feeding a SMB. Many fish congregating under the dock. They weren't even spooked by the divers bubbles.

I remember doing that in Arkansas back in the 1950's. Our family would visit Lake Oshita, near Mt Ida every summer for fishing. They had floating marinas where they rented boats and had a bait and tackle shop. Under the floating docks lived huge largemouth bass. They were pets. When minnows died they were scooped out of the minnow vats (tanks) and tossed to the waiting pet bass. I use to beg my dad to buy me a dozen minnows (25 cents) so I could feed those big bass. I never had the nerve to "hand feed" them, but I remember seeing others doing it.
