FLOAT TUBE

Postby Capt Ray » Tue Jan 08, 2013 5:08 pm

New to the sight and soon to return to Hawaii. Anyone fishing Lake Wilson from a float tube?

Pros?

Cons?

Pro: cheaper and easier than a bass boat

Con: water not really clean
Fishable waters in the north fork hard to get to.

I have a outcast wave 8 pontoon boat. If you want to go out one day PM me.
All day I dream about fishing

Not sure if being in a float tube constitutes swimming, but there is no swimming allowed in the lake. There are warning signs cautioning about leptospirosis in the lake.

Will be using chest waders for sure.
