Not sure if it would cause current but the Savanah river lakes I fished were power lakes and when they were pulling water the bite was hot!

Water was at the 80ft marker on BSI! Main lake had decent visibility, upper ends were muddy. LOTS of debris, made fishing challenging. Ended up with 4 largemouth on jigs, missed a few more.

Had a few blowups on topwater later in the day... should have done that earlier!

Good day out on Lake Wilson today. The Tucs were eating and aggressive and we got into some schooling action. Water level is way up! thought the fish would be in the grass but I didn't catch them there. Caught 2 tucs today on small jerkbaits, no size to them though. The tucs were fairly shallow near laydowns. Yeah down sizing is key due to the size of the shad. However you can still catch tucs on the bigger baits. They will be better quality but lower numbers.
