What do I need to do to join? I would love to fish in the tournaments.

If there is anyone who wouldn't mind sharing some places they like to fly fish for bones I would love to hear/read it. Currently I've been doing it on Hickam Flats. Pretty new to fly fishing for bones and any tips and locals would be appreciated.

Tom was telling me that the state might open up a 3 fish limit to keep not meaning during the tourneys. I dunno where he heard it from, but I think it was after Kenton caught the 15 pounder.
