I caught a 1.5lb smallie at boyscout island today. Just thought I would share since it is a very rare occurance. I didnt have a camera but have a witness (user: Trashfromthepast) The bite was good for the tucs and largemouth as well. I even managed to catch a duck

DLNR hasn't had a problem with fishermen placing natural structures i.e. biodegradable material like christmas trees and such for added fish cover. The trees tend to rot out within a year or two. However, a PVC FAD (fish aggregation device) would be definitely be a no-no. It is a public fishing lak...
