I also was at the boat ramp today with my son, I caught 1 Largemouth about 2 lbs and 1 Tuc that was about 1.5 lbs. Saw a bunch cruising and busting the shoreline but my live bait situation was bleak.

I went today for the 1st time. I have been here in the military 6 years now and have no clue why i waited till today to go fishing on Wilson. The major drawback is fishing from the shore.
