I don't think so. The Park is monitored and maintained by the State's DLNR, not the Feds.

The only reason we wouldn't need a ramp sticker is if the ramp was not State property, which it may not be . . . http://hawaii.gov/dlnr/dbor/boroahu.html. According to the map of ramps, Lake Wilson ramp is privately owned. :shock: Curious and interesting.

Mililani Pet Store has gone out of business. :cry: Pets R Us in Mililani Mauka carries some feeder fish, as well as crayfish that you could use as bait.

Stopped by today. Parking lot was empty! 12 slats showing...

No one fishing. We we were leaving, a remote control boat was launched and it was zipping around the area pretty fast.

Wasn't us. Ours were caught on lures by Mikimiki flats and onwards towards the dam. Maybe the water height change?

:) We were glad to donate to the cause...I think it was 6 red devils and 2 cats. Only 2 of the devils were caught on live bait the rest on lures & plastics. We had fun and was happy to get some of those devils out of the lake. I may need lessons on aquaponics. Vash was so happy to have a purpose...
