UH pond

I was informed by a campus security guard that fishing is NOT allowed. When I did "fish" there, I did not catch any bass but there's other kinds of fish including koi and this fish that was reportedly caught in Manoa pond. Best Spinning reel for light action for 50-70$

I don't have this reel but if I was to buy a new one, I might give this one a try: Pflueger® President® Spinning Reel. It seems to have good reviews on the Cabela's website. With so many models and choices it comes down to a personnel preference. I still use my Daiwa's BG series reels that I've had ...

It was another beautiful day for fishing with mostly overcast skies, some bluebird periods and light showers. Water temperature started out around 77 degrees and warmed up to about 81 degrees i...

Captain's needed for possible WTB Team Tournament!!!

Chris, Depending on what day you're thinking of having this tournament, there is a fishing group that fishes the first Sunday of each month. I don't have a contact number or name but maybe someone on the forum knows. If you're planning on Sunday, maybe that group might have people that might be inte...

Hey Tommy,

There was a tagged fish among the ones that you folks measured yesterday. Do you happen to have the length and weight on that fish, just curious to find out about the growth since it was tagged.
