well I feel special, I just showed up for the fishing tournament today... went out bought food and everything and was waiting at the boat ramp waiting for people to show up... Didnt realize it till around 730 that noone was here for an 8 am launch lol.... o well,...... cya all tomorrow lol

yea, went down almost a foot since i went fishing yesterday, so im guessing they started draining its going to be a crazy day tomorrow finding the fish

I dont know If everyone has been noticing, but the water level on the lake is dropping fast, i would say at least 4-5 feet in the past 5 days. Have they started draining the lake ?

its a chiclid(spelling) they are related to red devils, well they come from the same lakes in south america. I cant tell what type tho, never seen that color combo before, my guess is that someone dumped a chichlid tank into the lake and since red devils are thriving this fish would also be thriving

Saw something busting on shad today, but didnt get there in time to get any. What lures where they pounding? Tried a ood portion of the lake today with an assortment of lures and nothing bigger then 6 inch LMB.... Did manage to get 2 LMB in one cast on one lure tho :).... Was awsome to see them tryi...

I would by it, but money is tight right now, have to wait a little bit to catch up on bills, spendin about 1000 on fishing tackle this month hurt lol

yea braid is really nice, use it on my ocean rods, but your CRAZY if you think knots are easier to get out of braid. i think its 10x harder to undo knots in braid, thats why i keep her on my mono poles, just so its easier. plus cheaper, since i have to cut her line alot, yesterday i dont know how bu...

We'll my story is almost exactly like crash, in Kbay, But we hooked a 2once weight that was connected to 300# mono, and at the end was a skate, guess the people that hooked it before didnt want to get close and just cut their rig.
