tkki1230, do you keep a lifelist? Just wondering. If you are interested in species fishing and lifelisting, we can meet up and fish together next time I visit my family on Oahu. There are still a lot of reef fish I need to catch on Oahu...and some freshwater micro exotic fish like Swordtail, Sailfi...

Hi Marcus. I take my kids fishing in the UH pond sometimes. We've caught a bunch of different cichlid species (convict, jewel banded, midas, and jaguar) and I hooked and lost a koi. I haven't seen any pacu so I can't say for sure if there are still any in there. I'm not sure if it's officially OK, ...

There were days back in the 80's where we would catch them in the 100's when they were sitting in their nests. I hope this is all catch and release?

If you walk to morgans the cali grass is 4-6ft high there's a way to get there I see a guy at morgans early in the morning sometimes but I have no idea how he gets there the grass is thick.
