fish in the evening from 4 till the sun goes down. free line minnows or split shot a earthworm. I fished the boat ramp every day when i was little. watch how the regulars (little kids) fish. there only there in the evenings and using live bait.

Tuesday fishing

I sure am thankful for wahiawa middle for the released stock! If it weren't for them id be skunked all winter. cant wait till the summer bite heats up and the tucs start eating rubber and plastic again!

Never seen anyone catch peacocks in heavy stained water on lures. yeah i always see them on that same log but they never do bite. This evening i got on the water about almost 5 oclock so they bit when the sun was almost down they usually just look at my lure as it passes by

fished in the evening in my cove and found about a dozen big tucs 3-5 lbders sitting on a submerged log. made a long cast past the log using stans white senko making the v wake and had 3 blowups kept reeling but no hookup. switched to a old rapala and ran it fast bumping the log and finally got a go...

what size trolling motors do you folks run ft.lbs? gonna order one but dont know much ft lbs of thrust would be adequate to order for my 14ft livingston any suggestions!

wow! great catch whats the secret bait! i seen you folks by morgans every time i seen you folks you were bringing up a largemouth! we picked up about 7 lm bass no tucs seen them sunbathing on logs but no activity. good going! awesome to see the kids were having fun and getting hooked on fishing!
