Are the fish (catfish) safe to eat from Lake Wilson and is it allowed? If so, what is the limit? Thank you all for your help!

Is it legal to have a small fire on the banks if I am night fishing? I have fished at different spots where I have seen where there were fires before, ie burnt logs, ashes and whatnot. I was just curious as to if it was legal? Thank you.
