I just got back from another day of bass fishing and not even getting a single bite at the lake today. That makes about 30 hours of fishing in the last month and not catching anything. Can any one offer any tips that might allow me to catch something? Thank you.

I have not been up to the lake in a while, so I do not know the marking on the bridge. The height you mentioned is the lowest the gauge can read. My best guess is that it is several feet lower than the lowest reading.

My guess would be that it is a frontosa cichlid. There are several color variations, and they are very popular fish to keep. The most common is black and white, but I have seen several that are more red but not exactly like the one in the picture.
