Ugh... those things are ugly and annoying, especially in those streams...

Stan: Jamel would like to extend his thanks for letting him come out and fish with us. He had a blast and is still trying to cope with the act of C&R.

Thursday on the stream

A little after work relaxation.... All on poppers again, caught about 17 or so in about 3 hrs of hopping and climbing rocks and trees. Both are about a pound plus. Two biggest of the evening. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v415/NiteStalka/smallmouth11.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v415/Ni...

That's why you don't dump an aquarium in a stresm. They actually aren't that hard to spear. They sunbathe a lot on the lower end of...

Only had about an two hours to fish before the parking lot closed but was still fun none the less. One note though, rocks are slippery... caught a smallie and then speared me one of those armored catfish/sucker looking things. Smallie was caught on a popper. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v...

John, I live right near Wilson and have never made it out there. Sorry if you posted this, but are you in a boat or were you just on the shore? I'd really like to get out there one of these days. I am more into kayak fishing out in the ocean lately, but have been meaning to get onto Wilson. Post up...
