I think I have two complete and two rods i can part with. Shimano reels (Sonara and Sahara 2500s i think) and i think one shimano rod. the others are daiwa and a uglystik. I may be at the lake this weekend, depends how work plays out.

That is indeed spectacular. Stan, I think my goal when I get back to catch one of those on the little 3-wt hahaha.

Definately true on that Stan. The sad part is I'm right next to the Euphrates right now and a wall + baddies stands in my way.


I'll be back in Nov!!! Hopefully right before the pouring rains. Work that 3wt some more!

What unit are you with and how's your work schedule this week?

I've caught smallies in multiple numbers in the Nu'uanu and Waikele. Dragged one in both Manoa and Maunawili. Has anyone ever taken a look at the streams that run through Waianae, Haleiwa and Waialua for smallies?

I've heard some have been known to hang in the streams that feed the lake in the North Fork and South Fork. I have not personally caught smallies in the lake or even the streams themselves.
