had a friend from the kaui club come over christmas eve and took him out for a half day, he didn't have the contact info for the club president but said he will get it too me when he can, hopefully i can get it for you before the new tourney season starts.

crap shoot no doubt, gonna be really tuff till the weather stabilizes i think. course one never knows, after all if its one constant in fishing is the fish are never constant hahahaha

id be really interested to know the findings for the 3 different areas of the lake. personally I've found that the forage in south fork, north fork, and the main basin vary greatly. be interested in having that confirmed scientifically.

couple of weeks ago i caught a nice 2lb bass off a tree, suspended not anywhere near the bank or bottom. think it was on a spinnerbait. but when i took the hook out i looked in the gullet and yep had 2 feelers poking out!!! guy had a crawfish in there!!!! i have hope yet!! crawfish are little balls ...

yep drove past tonight and it was dumping up there, i also think it could be over the spillway by tomorrow. its kinda off color and full of debris. guess the fishing will be all outa whack for awhile!! and they are predicting more rain!

early start to the action today, there was a great top water bite going in the morning, we had 5 fish before 9 with the largest at 3 lbs 6 oz. and another at 2 lb 13 oz. both very healthy and great shape.still managed to pick off a few more by 10 with a spinnerbait after the morning bite had ended. ...

well things started out pretty rough, water temp was 73 at 8 am, waited for a neighbor who i had promised to take out, he never showed, that bridge is burned my friend. lol anyways i had a game plan which quickly fell apart, my son decide he needed an extra pole like daddy, good idea? sure...... not...

you guys lucked out for sure, I'm sure its gonna be tuff now, the water rose 4 ft overnight and today! they say fishings best just before and during the storm with the low barometer guess you guys hardcore it and proved em right today congrats!
