Just wonderin if anyone has been on the lake in a kayak since the big rain? if so, can you still put in across from boyscout island? Just wondering what the conditions are like. Haven't been to the lake in a while.

Great day on the lake. My first Tuke just shy of 4 lbs.

Has anyone used the mark white topwater lures around here? If so, how well did they work?

Caught all 4 fish on this Rapala

First time on the lake today. Fishing was slow but it picked up around 9am. Caught a nice large mouth and a small red devil and a small cat. Had a blast!

Going to try my luck at kayak fishing on friday. Any pointers? And where would be a good place to start fishing from the boat ramp? I've been reading about cow pt. and boyscout island...is that a pretty good trek on a kayak?
