What lures were you running that day if you dont mind me asking? I was going to run some rapala, kastmasters, whatever I have sitting around here. Probably drag a floater behind and rig a kastmaster for some whipping or something. Going with some 4# line too I think.

Hmm. Buddy and I were going to yak it Friday after Thanksgiving. What does the low water level mean for that? Still good to go or should wait for some more water there?

So true. Some of the smaller trout we caught back in Cali fought like the devil. Fun times tho on small tackle.

I still want to get out there on my yak. OK Prowler 15. Its main use is in the blue about 3 miles out, but on windier days I keep meaning to toss it in the lake and go paddling.
